        Paddy got me up at 7:15 AM and drove us to the beach of the River Suir for a very brisk run. Actually quite exhilarating. We said our good-byes, had a short visit at the Waterford Glass Works and drove to Rosslare to catch the Stena Lines catamaran ferry. We crossed the Irish Sea to Fishguard, Wales in 2 hours. It was very smooth. We drove through beautiful countryside and rolling hills and arrived at the capitol of Wales, Cardiff. Strolled through the main part of the city and wound up finding the �in spot� to have dinner. It was very good. Today we will visit the Cardiff Castle and then make the 4 hour drive to Thurgaton for Pamela�s birthday party.
